How do I order?
What payment methods are available?
You can opt for cash on delivery (on delivery) or advance payment by payment order. The details regarding the advance payment will be displayed upon completion of the order.
How can I add products to the shopping cart?
Browse through the product categories or use the search function to find the desired products. Add the products to the basket by pressing the “Add to cart” button. You can change the desired quantity on the shopping cart page.
How is the product delivered?
Delivery is made by fast courier throughout the country. The delivery cost depends on the value of the orders, those with a value greater than 350 lei, VAT included, benefit from free delivery, while for orders with a value of less than 350 lei a delivery fee of 25 lei is applied , VAT included.
What happens after I place an order?
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Products arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days by express courier, depending on the city you are in.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel an order by email at vanzari@alphabrio.ro or by phone at +0761-825-110. Cancellation is possible before the order is shipped.
What happens if a product is not in stock?
If a product is not in stock, you will be contacted by an AlphaBrio representative to determine the available options (pre-order, replacement with a similar product, etc.).
