Return and Order Cancellation Policy

Return Procedure: To return a product, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly visible on the returned packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation in the returned package.
Return Costs: Return costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly due to our error.
Return Resolution: We will examine the returned product and notify you regarding the status of your return as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, you may choose to receive a refund for the product or a replacement with an equivalent item.
2. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, you will be instructed to return it according to the procedure mentioned above.
Cancellation After Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order after it has already been shipped, please follow our return policy. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
